Truly Nolen Pest Control Promotes Jayne

TUCSON, Ariz. — Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Tonya Jayne to support specialist for the company’s People Development Team. Her office will remain based out of the company’s Naples, Fla. service office.

Jayne joined the company in 2003 and has held a variety of roles throughout her career, including seven years as the late Truly David Nolen’s executive assistant in Naples. Over the last eight years, she has served as the Eastern region customer service representative trainer, where she has routinely helped develop new positions, processes and training materials that support teams throughout the company.

“I’m excited to learn more about each position within the company and contribute to developing training programs that help our team members grow, succeed, and reach their full potential,” Jayne said. “My favorite thing about working for Truly Nolen is that no matter which team I’m part of, it always feels like family. The support, teamwork, and genuine care for one another make it a truly special place to work.”

In her spare time, Jayne is a member of the company’s Southwest Florida Community Singers, who have been visiting The Collier at Naples since 2023 to sing holiday songs to the residents. In addition, the singers have performed the National Anthem and God Bless America at multiple Fort Myers Mighty Mussels (minor-league affiliate of the Minnesota Twins) and Florida Everblades (minor-league affiliate of the Pittsburgh Penguins) games.

“Tonya will continue serving as our subject matter expert for all things CSR while expanding her expertise in our department’s Yellow Standard Academy and a variety of departmental projects and initiatives. As we continue to grow and enhance YSA, her contributions will definitely be reflected throughout our training materials and programs,” said Justin Wichman, people development manager, Truly Nolen. “We're excited to have Tonya as part of the People Development Team and look forward to the positive impact she'll continue to make on our current and future training efforts.”
