Orkin Annnounces Organizational Changes

ATLANTA — Orkin announced additional details about its North American leadership structure, designed to strengthen operational execution, accelerate collaboration across its businesses, and support the company’s long-term growth strategy.

As previously announced by Rollins, Inc. during its second-quarter earnings call, Scott Weaver has been appointed chief operating officer, Orkin North America. In this role, he will oversee all Orkin residential and commercial operations across North America, as well as national accounts and call center operations.

“I’m honored to step into this role and excited about what we can accomplish together as One Orkin,” Weaver said. “We have tremendous talent and expertise across our organization, and this structure gives us new opportunities to build on those strengths, increase collaboration, develop leaders and create greater consistency to best support and serve our teammates and customers.”

In conjunction with Weaver’s appointment, Rob Quinn has been named group president, Orkin North America Commercial Operations. Quinn will oversee all commercial operations across North America, reporting directly to Weaver.
