ORLANDO, Fla. — Massey Services announced the promotion of B.J. Beard to director of tax and capital assets.
During his more than 30-year tenure with Massey Services, Beard has held a variety of roles across multiple departments, helping to deepen his understanding of operational systems. In his previous position as accounting manager, he played a key role in acquisitions and budgeting, Massey Services said. In his new position, Beard will assume expanded responsibilities including the oversight of company assets and initiating the preparation of tax-related data, ensuring accuracy, compliance and alignment with the company’s overall financial strategy, the company said.

He continuously demonstrates his financial expertise and meticulous attention to detail that is critical for us as our company continues to grow and expand into new areas,” said Marci Baugh, vice president of finance and accounting.
The company said with his extensive institutional knowledge and proven financial expertise, Beard is well positioned to support Massey Services’ continued growth and operational excellence in this expanded leadership role. Beard holds a bachelor’s in accounting.
