At October’s PestWorld 2025, PCT and Syngenta took time to recognize five industry professionals as 2025 Crown Leadership Awards during a special reception. The Class of 2025 includes:
- Ed Dougherty, Massey Services, Orlando, Fla.
- Tom Forshaw IV, Forshaw Inc., Charlotte, N.C.
- Marie Horner, Arrow Exterminators, Atlanta, Ga.
- Jim McHale Jr., JP McHale Pest Management/Anticimex, Buchanan, N.Y.
- Court Parker, Bug Busters, Woodstock, Ga.
This year’s honorees represent the 37th class in a tradition that began in 1989. The Crown Leadership Awards recognize pest management professionals, university educators, consultants, industry distributors and association leaders who exemplify the highest standards of ethics and dedicate their time and expertise to advancing both the industry and their communities.
At this year’s ceremony, PCT and Syngenta also presented a Lifetime Achievement Award to past Crown Leadership Award recipient Bobby Jenkins (Class of 1997). Past Leadership winners vote on this award. Jenkins leads ABC Home & Commercial Services in Austin, Texas, and is a past president of the National Pest Management Association (NPMA) as well as longtime chairman of The Alliance (formerly Professional Pest Management Alliance).
