PORT LAVACA, Texas — Tyro Group announced the acquisition of Dowell Pest Control, further strengthening the group's presence in Texas and marking its third acquisition in the United States.
Based on the Gulf Coast, Dowell Pest Control has built a strong reputation for delivering high-quality pest management services to residential and commercial customers, Tyro Group said. The business is known for its commitment to customer service, strong local relationships and values-driven approach, according to the group.
The acquisition reflects Tyro Group's continued focus on partnering with leading pest management businesses that share its long-term vision and commitment to service excellence, the group said. Dowell Pest Control will continue to operate under its established brand, supported by Tyro Group's investment, expertise and international network.
