BRANTFORD, Ontario — Trackem GPS has launched an enhanced integration with Jobber that automates job site arrival and departure tracking for field service businesses using the software platforms.
According to the company, the integration connects Trackem GPS's fleet tracking platform with Jobber's scheduling and job management software. It is designed for businesses with mobile workforces, including those in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, landscaping, cleaning, roofing, paving, pool and spa service, and pest control.
The integration automatically synchronizes fleet vehicles with Jobber, creates geofences for scheduled job sites, and records when assigned vehicles arrive at and leave customer locations. Those events are added to the job notes, creating a timeline of service activity without requiring technicians to manually check in or out, the company said.
"Field service companies want their teams focused on serving customers—not entering timestamps or switching between multiple applications," said Conrad Galambos, president of Trackem GPS. "Our integration with Jobber helps eliminate administrative work while giving business owners greater confidence in job timelines, customer billing, and operational visibility."
Trackem GPS said additional features include configurable geofence sizes, visit-aware tracking that records activity only during scheduled appointments, automatic removal of completed job geofences, and the ability to manage the integration within Jobber.
The enhanced Jobber integration is available immediately. Learn more at www.trackem.com/jobber.
