PestCo Acquires Arrow Pest Control (N.J.)

ST. LOUIS — PestCo Holdings, a portfolio company of Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), has acquired Arrow Pest Control of Morganville, N.J. The acquisition was announced by TSCP.

Arrow has been a trusted name in New Jersey pest control for over 50 years, serving both residential and commercial customers throughout the state, TSCP said. The addition of Arrow expands PestCo's capabilities in the New Jersey market. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
