Select Exterminating acquired Suburban Pest Control of Hamburg, N.Y., Amherst Exterminators of Dunkirk, N.Y., and On The Spot Pest Control of Metuchen, N.J. The acquisitions were announced by the Aust Group who acted as the exclusive financial advisor for the three acquired businesses.
