Lewis Pest Control Acquires Tri-County Pest Control

BELDEN, Miss. — Lewis Pest Control has acquired Belden, Miss.-based Tri-County Pest Control. The acquisition was announced by The Aust Group, which represented Tri-County Pest Control on the transaction.

Founded in 1993 by Jim Chapman, Tri-County is a full-service pest and termite control company headquartered in Belden, Mississippi. The Aust Group said for more than 30 years, Tri-County has provided residential and commercial pest management services across northern Mississippi, building a strong reputation for dependable service and effective results. The group said Tri-County has become one of the region’s most trusted providers, earning the Tupelo Daily Journal Readers’ Choice Award multiple times. The company is also an active member of the Mississippi Pest Control Association.

The Aust Group represented Tri-County Pest Control, Inc. on the transaction. The transaction closed on March 31, 2026 and the terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
