Advanced IPM, Roseville, Calif., announced the opening of a new branch in Chico, Calif.

“We’ve had technicians living and working in this region for years — these are their neighbors and their communities,” said Deborah Romani, president of Advanced IPM. “This new branch gives our local team a true home base and the dedicated management support they’ve earned. For our customers, it means the same trusted technicians they already know, now backed by an even stronger local presence.”

Leading the new branch is Tom Dunn, who joins Advanced IPM as branch manager with 16 years of industry experience.

Brochu Pest Solutions, Salem, N.H., announced the opening of a new office space. Brochu said the move reflects the company’s steady growth and the need for a dedicated workspace to support its expanding operations while staying rooted in the community where it was founded.

The new office provides a centralized space to manage equipment, coordinate scheduling and support team members. “This next step just made sense for where we are as a company,” said co-owner Dave Brochu. “We’ve grown to the point where having a small commercial space helps us stay organized and operate more efficiently day-to-day.”

, Etobicoke, Ontario, Canada, announced the opening of a new branch office in West Chester Township, Ohio. Abell said this location provides its team with state-of-the-art tools and a training center.

Abell Pest Control said the branch’s location allows its team to serve customers efficiently across Greater Cincinnati and the Tri-State area.

Green Lawn Fertilizing and Green Pest Solutions opened a new headquarters building in West Chester, Pa.

The company its new 8,000-square-foot headquarters was designed around its people, featuring 22 newly renovated offices, a 1,500-square-foot training room, three conference rooms, multiple common areas and a 1,110-square-foot café.
