Orkin Canada, a subsidiary of Rollins, has acquired Westside Pest Control. Headquartered in Coquitlam, British Columbia, Westside Pest Control provides pest and nuisance wildlife control services to residential and commercial customers throughout the Lower Mainland. Founded by Mike Londry in 2009, the company employs more than 40 people.

The Aust Group advised Westside Pest Control on the transaction. The acquisition closed March 20. Financial terms were not disclosed.

BugCo, an Anticimex company headquartered in Richmond, Texas, announced the acquisition of Houston-based McGrath Pest Control. The deal marks BugCo’s sixth acquisition in Texas. Financial terms were not disclosed.

McGrath Pest Control has served customers in Texas for more than 60 years. BugCo said the acquisition expands its operations and customer base throughout the state.

“Texas is one of the most important pest control markets in the country, and BugCo is building the right platform for long-term growth here,” BugCo President Shawn Hollis said. “This sixth acquisition is not only about adding another location. It is about bringing strong local teams into a brand that respects the hometown service customers already trust, while giving those teams additional support, systems and resources through the Anticimex network.”

Greenix Pest Control, headquartered in Orem, Utah, has acquired select operations from Insight Pest Solutions in the Boston and New Hampshire markets.

The acquisition expands Greenix’s presence in the Northeast. Following the transaction, the company said it now serves approximately 200,000 households across 20 states and employs more than 1,300 people nationwide.

“This is an exciting opportunity for Greenix as we continue expanding our operations,” said Nate Randle, CEO of Greenix Pest Control. “We are pleased to welcome Insight’s customers and team members to Greenix.”

Brad Floyd, vice president of corporate development at Greenix, said the acquisition is the company’s second involving Insight operations.

JP McHale Pest Management, an Anticimex company headquartered in Buchanan, N.Y., announced it has acquired Dependable Exterminating, headquartered in the Bronx, N.Y. Terms of the deal were not disclosed. The transaction closed in November 2025.

Founded in the mid-1980s by Ziggy Gruen, Dependable Exterminating served residential and commercial customers across New York City for nearly 40 years.

Dependable Exterminating said it built its reputation on consistent service, experienced service technicians and long-standing customer relationships throughout the five boroughs.

“I feel very good about the JP McHale team and the direction they’re taking the company,” said Gruen. “I think they’ll take great care of the business and the people.”

Kemp Anderson Consulting represented Dependable Exterminating in the deal.

Rentokil Terminix expanded its wildlife removal capabilities through the acquisition of Cridder Ridder Wildlife and Pest Control and Animal Remover.

Founded in 1999, Cridder Ridder is a pest control and wildlife removal company serving the greater Kansas City region.

Rentokil Terminix said Cridder Ridder found its niche offering custom solutions for almost any type of intrusive animal issue, including interior and exterior protection.

Animal Remover has been serving the greater Cincinnati region since 2010. In addition to pest and wildlife management services, Animal Remover offers specialty services, including bird, bat, pest and wildlife management solutions, as well as geese management services.

Preferred Business Brokers acted as adviser to Cridder Ridder. The Potomac Company acted as the adviser to Animal Remover.
