TACOMA, Wash. — During its 2026 Super Meeting and 11th Annual Awards Gala, Sprague Pest Solutions unveiled a first in company history: a special edition service vehicle awarded to the Bob Treleven Technician of the Year, Tyler McCullough of the Boise, Idaho branch.

In honor of Sprague’s 100th anniversary, the 2025 Toyota Tacoma features a bold gray exterior accented with a gold stripe to honor Sprague’s centennial. Sprague service vehicles are traditional white, making this commemorative truck especially striking. The back quarter panel includes a custom “2025 Tech of the Year” designation, distinguishing it within the fleet and symbolizing the elite achievement of the award recipient.

McCullough has spent four consecutive years in the top 10 percent of the company’s technicians. Sprague said this past year McCullough once again performed at a high level by staying at the very top of the company in production, quality, sales, and Google reviews.

“We are honored to present this special edition vehicle during a year that represents both our legacy and our future,” said Ross Treleven, Sprague president and CEO. “We wanted to do something truly special to recognize the incredible performance of our Technician of the Year. Tyler’s consistency and commitment represent the absolute best of Sprague.”

The Bob Treleven Technician of the Year award recognizing outstanding performance, leadership, customer service and commitment to Sprague’s core principals. This year’s recognition comes during a historic moment for the company. In 2026, Sprague celebrated its largest number of technicians achieving top 10 percent performance status.
