ARLINGTON, Texas — Orkin celebrated the opening of a new Arlington commercial branch.

The company said this is a milestone that represents the continued growth across the Dallas-Fort Worth market and the strategic investment Orkin is making in expanding its commercial footprint

Orkin South Central Commercial Division Regional Manager Shane Smith said the Arlington location was strategically chosen to position the company’s four commercial branches throughout the metroplex in the best possible locations to maximize customer coverage and improve service delivery.

“This new location allows us to better support our growing customer base while reducing drive times and increasing responsiveness to our customer's needs,” he said. “We have continued to see strong growth across each market as our account managers become more targeted and strategic with their prospecting efforts. With branches positioned closer to key business areas, our teams are able to spend more time focused on customers and opportunities.”

Smith said currently Orkin has four commercial branches in this market. The new location will be lead by Branch Manager Beto Garay, Service Manager Juan Rodriguez and Service Manager David Houdashell.

“The Arlington branch creates significant growth opportunities by expanding our footprint further into southern areas of the metroplex,” Smith said. “This location allows us to better serve outlying commercial markets that were previously too far from our existing branches, positioning us to grow our customer base, improve service efficiency, and continue delivering world-class service throughout the region.”
