RALEIGH, N.C. — The North Carolina Pest Management Association (NCPMA) announced the creation of the Premier Leader Honor Roll, a new distinction celebrating pest management professionals who have gone above and beyond by completing both the Premier Technician Program and the Leadership Development Academy.
NCPMA said inclusion in the Premier Leader Honor Roll represents a significant professional achievement. These professionals have committed to mastering the technical demands of their craft through the Premier Technician Program while simultaneously developing the leadership skills that define the next generation of industry professionals in the Leadership Development Academy. The association said together, the two programs build well-rounded experts equipped to serve customers at the highest level and lead their teams and companies into the future.
The individuals included in the inaugural Premier Leader Honor Roll list include:
- Jason Choate, Pest Management Systems, Inc.
- Chris Cozart, Rid a Pest, Inc.
- Adam Hartsell, City Wide Exterminating, Inc.
- Will Miller, Clint Miller Exterminating Company
- Jeff Rigsby, Four Seasons Pest Control
- Ansley Sanderson, Rid a Pest, Inc.
The NCPMA said the Premier Technician Program is designed for pest management professionals who are committed to the field and who strive to be experts in the industry. The program offers a continuous series of courses that will elevate a professional’s understanding of pest infestations from discovery to treatment. The Premier Technician designation is awarded to industry professionals who complete eight or more Premier Technician courses.
The association said the Leadership Development Academy is an innovative 3-part development program which will provide participants with a fresh take on leadership skills and strategies that can be immediately put to practical use in any size company, department or even in their personal life.
The Premier Leader Honor Roll will be available on the NCPMA website.
