PADUCAH, Ky. - Liberty Pest Control, Paducah, Ky., recently announced the promotions of Steven Riley and Robert Reams to key leadership positions within the company as part of its continued growth efforts across Kentucky and Illinois.
Riley has been promoted to branch manager. Riley brings more than 10 years of residential and commercial pest control experience, previously serving with a national pest control company before joining Liberty Pest Control. In his new role as branch manager, Riley will oversee daily branch operations, community involvement initiatives, and continued growth efforts for the company.
“Steven has proven himself to be a natural leader with a passion for building the right team culture and elevating those around him,” said Liberty Pest Control CEO John Stopka. “His experience, operational mindset, and leadership abilities make him the right person to help lead Liberty into its next phase of growth as we prepare to open our next location.”
Reams has been promoted to service anager. He brings more than a decade of pest control industry experience from a national company, where he began as a route technician in 2014 and advanced into a service manager role. As service manager, Reams will focus on technician development, service quality, and maintaining Liberty Pest Control’s customer service standards.
“Robert understands the importance of building a strong team, creating the right culture, and delivering a high level of service to our customers,” said Stopka. “His leadership experience and industry knowledge will help continue strengthening both our internal team and the customer experience we strive to provide every day.”
