DAPHNE, Ala. — GoPest of Daphne, Ala., has expanded with the acquisition of Proshield Termite and Pest, Tillmans Corner, Ala.
GoPest said this strategic merger represents the coming together of two companies that believe the strongest companies are built through trusted relationships, consistent service, and a relentless commitment to doing things the right way.
As a result of the merger, ProShield’s founder and president Michael Hayes will join GoPest as technical director.
GoPest is led by President Black Chaffe.
“Our shared mission has always been simple: protect what matters most while serving our customers with excellence,” Chaffe said. “This merger allows us to build on that foundation, strengthen our team, and continue raising the bar for pest control services.”
GoPest said customers can expect the same trusted service, familiar faces, and commitment to quality.
“We are grateful for the trust our customers have placed in us,” Chaffe said. “We’re excited about what’s ahead and look forward to continuing this journey together.”
