Dean Trevisol, A.C.E., is retiring after 43 years in the pest control industry, concluding a career marked by leadership, training and a commitment to professional development.
Trevisol began his career as a lawn spray technician with Boca Raton Pest, later gaining experience with Pioneer Pest Control, Lesco (now SiteOne) and in property management.
He eventually returned to Boca Raton Pest in a managerial role before serving as general manager at Petri’s Positive Pest Control.
He later joined Nozzle Nolen Pest Solutions as a service manager, where his focus on employee development led him to the company’s training department.
“Dean played a key role in the creation of Nozzle Nolen’s Master Tech program, which has helped to elevate their current technicians, and will continue to elevate many more,” said Jason Miller, training, fleet, and project manager at Nozzle Nolen Pest Solutions.
