Advanced IPM Promotes Romani, Peck, Howell

ROSEVILLE, CA — Advanced IPM (Advanced Integrated Pest Management) has restructured its leadership team to support continued growth across California and Nevada.

Deborah Romani has been promoted to president from executive vice president. Brock Peck moves up to vice president of operations from director of corporate operations.

Deborah Romani will oversee company-wide strategy and organizational direction. Peck will lead day-to-day operations, bringing corporate departments and field teams under a single structure. Advanced IPM said ownership remains focused on long-term growth, acquisitions and financial stewardship.

“Our employees are the reason customers stay with us, and they’re the reason this company has grown the way it has,” said Deborah Romani, president of Advanced IPM. “I want to make sure that as we add branches and expand, the people doing the work every day feel supported and set up to succeed.”

Advanced IPM has also promoted Chance Howell to director of field operations. The company said Howell brings more than 25 years of industry experience across field service, branch management and regional leadership, and has led residential growth and customer experience initiatives since joining the company.

In the new role, Howell will lead branch managers, support field teams, and reinforce company standards across all locations. Advanced IPM said Howell and Peck will visit branches in the coming weeks to connect with teams directly.

“Chance understands the operational realities of the field, and he has a strong track record of developing leaders,” said Peck. “His focus on branch managers will pay off across every community we serve.”
