CHICO, Calif. — Advanced IPM announced the opening of its 13th location, a new branch in Chico, Calif. Effective May 1, 2026, the company expanded its presence in northern Sacramento Valley with a dedicated Chico office.
Advanced IPM has served communities throughout the northern Sacramento Valley since 1981, supporting customers from Redding and Red Bluff in the north to Oroville, Chico, Marysville, Yuba City, Paradise and dozens of surrounding cities and towns out of its Roseville branch. The company said the new Chico location marks a significant step forward, allowing Advanced IPM to deliver more responsive, localized service to the customers and communities.
“We’ve had technicians living and working in this region for years, these are their neighbors and their communities,” said Deborah Romani, president of Advanced IPM. “This new branch gives our local team a true home base and the dedicated management support they’ve earned. For our customers, it means the same trusted technicians they already know, now backed by an even stronger local presence.
Tom Dunn, who joined Advanced IPM as branch manager with 16years of industry experience, will lead the new branch. The company said Dunn has built his career on a foundation of quality assurance, spending the majority of his tenure ensuring rigorous service and compliance standards. Most recently Dunn has served as a branch manager for three years.
“Tom is exactly the kind of leader we look for when opening a new market,” Romani said. “His deep industry knowledge, commitment to quality and team-first mindset make him the perfect person to represent Advanced IPM in Chico. We’re thrilled to have him leading the charge.”
