Brian Salone is the face of food safety for the Southwest region, where he serves as Regional Sales Manager for Best Sanitizers, Inc. With more than 30 years of hands-on experience in food manufacturing, Brian understands food safety from the production floor to the executive level. His day work focuses on partnering with food manufacturing facilities to strengthen sanitation programs, with a strong emphasis on effective hand hygiene training.
When conducting training, Brian often reminds teams, “It starts with the hands,” a phrase that reflects both the science and responsibility behind preventing contamination. He believes proper hand hygiene is not just a requirement, but a culture that protects consumers, employees and brands alike. By combining real world experience with practical education, Brian helps facilities improve compliance, reduce risk and build lasting food safety habits across the Southwest region.
