Griffin Pest Solutions, Kalamazoo, Mich., acquired Oak Park, Mich.-based Pest Arrest in March. This transaction further expanded the reach of these two companies in Detroit and surrounding markets. The staff members of Pest Arrest joined Griffin Pest Solutions’ team and moved offices to Livonia, Mich., in May.
ABC Home & Commercial Services, Austin, Texas, opened a new office in Corpus Christi, Texas, with a ribbon-cutting ceremony (below). The new buildings feature a 10,000-square-foot warehouse and a 3,000-square-foot office.
Atlanta, Ga.-based Arrow Exterminators recently hosted its second annual field trip at Arrow’s National Training Center in Woodstock, Ga. More than 155 second-grade students participated in labs focused on entomology, science and math. Arrow team members taught students how Arrow professionals perform inspections and about tools they use, and students were given the opportunity to perform their own inspections.
