
Certus has acquired Termio Pest Control, a Tempe, Ariz.-based pest management company that services the greater Phoenix area.
Termio provides residential and commercial pest control services throughout the Phoenix metropolitan region, including Chandler, Gilbert, Gold Canyon, Goodyear, Mesa, New River, Peoria, Queen Creek, Scottsdale, Surprise and Tempe.
Patrick Kelly, senior vice president of corporate development at Certus, said the acquisition expands the company’s presence in Arizona.
“Termio is well known in the Phoenix area for its approach to pest control management,” Kelly said. “We’re pleased to welcome them to the Certus organization.”
Kyle Wood, president of Termio Pest Control, said the companies share a similar customer service focus.
“Joining Certus provides additional resources and opportunities for growth,” Wood said.

Barnes Exterminating, a pest control provider based in Gray, Tenn., since 1986, announced the acquisition of Tennessee Pest Solutions, a provider based in Sevierville, Tenn. This acquisition expands Barnes’ footprint in East Tennessee.
The deal integrates Tennessee Pest Solutions’ customer base with Barnes.
“We are excited to welcome Tennessee Pest Solutions to the Barnes family,” said Barnes President Byron Barnes. “This partnership aligns with our commitment to excellence and community service, ensuring superior protection against pests for more Tennessee families and businesses.”
The combined entity will operate under the Barnes Exterminating brand.

Pest Pros Pest Solutions has acquired Eagle Pest Control, a Sacramento, Calif., area pest control provider, with reach into the Central Valley, founded by Eric Avelar.
Pest Pros said Eagle Pest built a strong reputation rooted in genuine connection, consistent service and trusted results. The acquisition allows Pest Pros to expand its footprint throughout Elk Grove, the Central Valley and surrounding Sacramento communities while increasing route density and operational efficiency in the region, Pest Pros said.
“This is about honoring what was created and building on it,” said Josh Fleenor, president of Pest Pros. “Eric [Avelar] created a company centered on relationships and results. That aligns perfectly with who we are. We are committed to carrying his legacy forward while bringing expanded resources, infrastructure and service capabilities to his clients.”
