Fran Dolan, commercial administrator for JP McHale Pest Management’s Hudson Valley commercial branch, has been honored by the Building Owners and Managers Association of Westchester (BOMA Westchester) with the Unsung Heroes award. The award recognizes Dolan’s vital role in supporting the commercial real estate sector through exceptional service, operational reliability and industry collaboration.

Control Solutions Inc. (CSI) announced the addition of Bryan Bailey as the new PCO sales representative for the Pacific Coast region.

Rockwell Labs announced that Jordyn Andersen has joined the company as director of marketing and customer service. Andersen will lead Rockwell Labs’ marketing strategy and customer service operations, aligning brands, communication and customer experience initiatives.

Rollins announced that Kenneth D. Krause, executive vice president and chief financial officer, resigned to pursue an opportunity with a company in an unrelated industry. Replacing Krause is William W. Harkins, who has more than 20 years of extensive financial and accounting leadership experience.

The Pest Management Division of Liphatech announced Matthew Elderbrook as the new midwest district sales manager. He is responsible for representing Liphatech’s full line of rodent control products and Aegis bait stations in Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kentucky, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin. 

Truly Nolen Pest Control announced the promotion of Michelle Nolen to vice president, brand and communications. She will remain based in Tucson, Ariz., at the company’s Leadership and Training Center.
