Since taking over leadership of Bug Busters in Woodstock, Ga., more than 10 years ago, Court Parker has grown the company from a single office to four branch locations. Today, Bug Busters serves customers throughout the Southeast and employs nearly 80 people. One key reason for Bug Busters' success has been Parker's focus on maintaining financial health. In this webinar, sponsored by Bill, Parker shared how effective customer communication, the adoption of technology, and regular monitoring of accounts receivable have helped maximize the company’s cash flow.
