CHARLOTTE, N.C. — Aruza Pest Control announced the promotion of Rick Angeli to chief human resources officer (CHRO). Since joining Aruza, Rick has played a pivotal role in advancing the company’s human resources function and supporting its rapid growth across multiple states.
With more than two decades of HR leadership experience, he has guided the integration of best practices, enhanced employee engagement initiatives and helped build a values-driven workplace where team members can thrive, the company said.
