NEW MILFORD, Conn. - Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control, located in Dallas, Texas, has acquired All Seasons Pest Control, located in Euless, Texas. The transaction closed on Dec. 20, 2024, and was announced by Cetane Associates, sole arranger and financial adviser to All Seasons Pest Control.
Founded by Bryan Johnson, All Seasons Pest Control has been a provider of pest management solutions for both residential and commercial clients since 1994. The company has expanded over the years throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth area.

Barefoot Mosquito & Pest Control was founded in 2011 by Jason Revill and Joseph Barclay. Cetane advised on the sale, including an initial valuation opinion, marketing the business through a confidential process, assisting in negotiating the final deal terms, and coordinating the due diligence process. Team members Duncan McMurchie, Bob Williamson, and Dalton Brooks managed the transaction.
