Columbus, Ohio-based Varment Guard Wildlife Services, a division of Plunkett’s Pest Control, acquired American Animal Control, Syracuse, Ind.
Certus acquired Bryant Pest Control of Gilbert, Ariz. Ray and Karla Bryant founded Bryant in 1995. “We had run our company together for over 25 years and were not looking to sell,” said Ray Bryant. “Then, Certus found us. Our main focus was the continued success of our valued employees, many of whom have been with us for years. Certus’ philosophy is people first, and that became clear in meeting with the Certus team. We are confident they will take good care of both our employees and customers as we begin a new chapter in our lives.”

Central Florida-based Luv-A-Lawn and Pest Control announced the strategic merger and acquisition of Lawn Supreme and Pest Control, Rockledge, Fla. Rich Randazzo, majority owner of Lawn Supreme, said, “I am pleased that Luv-A-Lawn is the acquiring company in our deal. They have a great culture and are known in central Florida as a high-quality lawn and pest control company.” Greg Clendenin of The Clendenin Consulting Group acted as the sole advisor to Lawn Supreme and Pest Control.
