Integrity of words and actions was critical to Ken Fisher’s leadership in his 10 years with AmericanHort. He built a culture around teamwork — a culture built on individual integrity, trust, respect and open communication.
Ken on assembling and leading a team: “From a leadership standpoint, what we’ve tried to focus on with our people is what we call principle performance. We’ve got to show a sense of urgency and accountability and ownership and enough risk-taking mentality that we can really move the association forward.”
