For Angelo Petitti, leadership is built in standing side by side with his team, like a family member, and working as hard as they do to achieve the uncompromising mission he has set.
Angelo on creating a working family across his business: “You’re not going to fake it. You may be able to fake it for a little bit, but you’re not going to fake it long-term. You are what you are. Eventually, it comes out. You’re nobody without your people. It doesn’t matter how good I am. It doesn’t mean a whole lot without having the whole team being a big part of it.”
