The pest management division of Milwaukee-based Liphatech welcomed Nick Fugate as its new Midwest and Canada district sales manager. He brings several years of sales and marketing experience, including recent work in the pest control industry.

Bird-X, Elmhurst, Ill., reports that its former president, Dennis Tilles, has retired after 12 years in the role. Jeff Spencer has joined the team as the company’s new president. Spencer has 28 years of experience as a leader in the commercial and residential lighting industry.
Atlanta-based Orkin announced Richard R. Rollins III has been named Southeast Division president. Rollins began working for Orkin in 1995 as a seasonal termite technician and has served a variety of roles, including branch manager, region sales manager, region manager and division sales manager.
