Sprague
TACOMA, Wash. – Sprague Pest Solutions announced new leadership appointments. Dillon Weaver has been promoted to operations manager for the Fresno, Calif., branch, and Gustavo Machado has been hired as the second operations manager for the Denver, Colo., branch.
With this new role, Weaver becomes the first person to hold the operations manager role for the Fresno team. He initially joined Sprague in 2022 and has quickly become a cornerstone, the company said. Earlier this year, Weaver stepped into the branch trainer role, where he has played a critical part in developing and supporting new team members, said Sprague.
Gustavo joins the Denver branch as the second operations manager to support expanding growth in Southern Colorado. He brings more than seven years of experience in the pest management industry and extensive expertise in commercial pest control, said Sprague.
“We are thrilled to welcome new leadership to two of our most active branches,” said Shane Hartnett, ACE, director of operations. “Dillon and Gustavo both take immense pride in their work and their leadership we be pivotal as we continue to expand, innovate, and deliver unmatched service to our clients.”
