Rollins Reports Q3 Revenues Up 12% YOY

ATLANTA - Rollins reported third quarter revenues were $1 billion, an increase of 12% over the third quarter of 2024 with organic revenues* increasing 7.2%.

Also in the third quarter, the company's operating income was $225 million, an increase of 17.3% over the third quarter of 2024. Quarterly operating margin was 21.9%, an increase of 100 basis points compared to the third quarter of 2024. Adjusted operating income* was $232 million, an increase of 18.4% over the prior year. Adjusted operating margin* was 22.6%, an increase of 120 basis points compared to the prior year.

The Company invested $35 million in acquisitions, $9 million in capital expenditures and paid dividends totaling $80 million.
