Insight Pest Canada
Editor’s note: Tess Dhulst, a co-founder of Insight Pest Canada, reflects on the company’s entry into Quebec and how the company is planning for sustained success in this province.
When Insight Pest Solutions decided to expand into Quebec, an important focus was on understanding the province’s unique culture, regulatory environment and expectations surrounding residential pest control.
Quebec’s strong sense of identity, commitment to environmental stewardship, and rigorous regulatory standards presented a learning curve. Entering this market required humility, adaptability and a willingness to do things the right way. By listening closely to homeowners, regulators and local team members, we’ve been able to tailor our approach to align with Quebec’s values and standards.
That commitment is paying off. Today, Insight Canada operates four thriving branches across the province, serving more than 16,000 residential customers. Our teams have earned over 5,653 Google reviews with an average rating of 4.8 stars. This feedback that reflects trust built one home and one interaction at a time. We’re also proud to support approximately 60 full-time jobs in Quebec, contributing to local economies and communities.
