The Black Ownership Matters (BOM) organization recently welcomed Sally Neal as an executive assistant within the organization to handle all direct communications and partnerships. The organization's mission is to promote Black ownership of pest control companies by providing financial guidance, business resources, employee development, mentorship and community support.
Neal majored in communications and linguistics at San Francisco State and has more than seven years of experience working in the field of communications through public relations firms and non-profit organizations.
Neal has dedicated her life to community service work and spend the last two years working as a teacher in Spain. Her extensive background and unique experiences will add a fresh new perspective to the role, and will help BOM reach new heights in the pest control industry, the organization said.
