Aaron Curtis

Aaron Curtis is a cofounder and owner of Alta Pest Control, a PCT Top 100 company (#26), with over 22 years in the industry. He previously cofounded Ardent Pest Control, which merged with Alta in 2022, and has spent much of his career in operations, including more than 12 years as COO. Today, as CXO, he’s a passionate (and admittedly opinionated) advocate for improving the customer experience, focused on aligning teams and building systems that deliver consistency, clarity, and trust at scale.
