
Modern Pest Services, Brunswick, Maine, recently welcomed PestRx of Northford, Conn., as the newest member of the Anticimex family. PestRx was founded in 2004 and is an award-winning provider of residential and commercial pest control services in Connecticut. In the United States, Anticimex operates through its four platform companies, Modern Pest Services; American Pest Management, Fulton Md.; Viking Pest Control, Bridgewater, N.J.; and Bug Doctor, Paramus, N.J.
Atlanta-based Arrow Exterminators announced the merger and acquisition of United States Termite Management Corporation d/b/a Alternative Termite Management, a full-service company specializing in residential and commercial termite and pest control located in Hallandale Beach, Fla. This transaction will facilitate Arrow’s ability to serve more residential and commercial customers in southeast Florida with a full line of services.
