Rockwell Labs Welcomes Three New Employees

NORTH KANSAS CITY, Mo. — Rockwell Labs welcomed three new members to its team to help drive the company’s growth and to provide additional support for our customers in the western states. 

Nick Godfroid joins Rockwell Labs as technical services specialist for the company. Godfroid will be focused on building and presenting technical training programs and assisting Rockwell’s nine field sales representatives. He will also be working closely with the marketing team on various projects, and provide customer support on technical matters.

Godfroid has a bachelor of science degree in entomology from Oklahoma State University and previously worked with Orkin Exterminating as a service manager in Texas, and Eco-Safe Pest Control in Texas as their Entomologist. He is located in the Dallas, Texas area.

Rockwell Labs divided its Western Region north and south to create a Pacific Northwest Region and a “new” Western Region. The new Pacific Northwest Region will be led by Joe Pipher, the technical sales representative for Idaho, Montana, Oregon, Utah, Washington and Wyoming. Pipher will be focused on improving Rockwell’s presence and growth in the northwest.

Pipher has been in the pest control industry since 2007 and most recently was the sales and service leader for Eco-Care Pest Solutions. Prior to that, he was a Service Manager for Axiom Eco-Pest Solutions, an Account Manager and Service Specialist for Ecolab, and a Route Technician at Eco-Care Pest Control. Pipher is also completing his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management. Pipher lives in Vancouver, Washington.

Victor Wilcox will be the new Western Region Technical Sales Representative for Arizona, California, Nevada and Hawaii. He has a bachelor's in business administration and a master's from National University. For the last several years Victor was Director of Sales at Senestech and directly called on PCOs and distribution mostly in the West.

Prior to that, he spent nine years with First Quality Produce in the Central Valley of CA working in sales and purchasing, as well as projects working directly with key accounts and distribution. Wilcox will be focused on improving Rockwell’s presence and growth in the newly formed Western Region. Wilcox is located in the Fresno, California area.
