PestCo Holdings Acquires Innovative Pest Control

ST. LOUIS - Thompson Street Capital Partners (TSCP), a private equity firm based in St. Louis, announced the acquisition of the assets of Innovative Pest Control by PestCo Holdings, a national provider of pest control services to residential and commercial customers and a TSCP portfolio company.

Located in Tyler, Texas, Innovative is a provider of residential and commercial pest control services in East Texas. With the backing of PestCo’s team and resources, Innovative will continue to provide high-quality service to its growing customer base, the company said. Terms of the transaction were not disclosed.
