The Florida Nursery, Growers and Landscape Association has announced the following industry award recipients for 2026:
- Outstanding Educator: Justine Snyder, Orange County Public Schools, Orlando
- FNGLA/Farm Credit Young Professional: Reilly Brooks, BioSafe Systems, Tampa
- Outstanding Volunteer: Patrick Prussing, Southern Agricultural Insecticides, Inc., Palmetto
- Outstanding Chapter Leader: Jay Perez, Bloomings Landscape & Turf Management, Inc., Sarasota (Manasota Chapter)
- FNGLA Hall of Fame:
- George Hackney, Hackney Nursery, Quincy
- Marvin Gross (deceased), Marvin's Garden & Landscape Service, Inc., Sarasota
- Wendell E. Butler Award: Jerry Stageman, Sunset Specialty Groundcover, Jacksonville
The awards are intended to recognize members who invest their time and energy in the association and Florida's nursery and landscape industry.
Each recipient will be honored at FNGLA’s 74th annual convention on June 25-27, 2026, at the Biltmore Hotel in Coral Gables.
